We are seeking a highly skilled engineer skilled in these technologies – PLM (Product Lifecycle management) – Centric PLM Preferred, Java 11/17/21, Spring Boot, Microservices, Restful, JPA, Hibernate, Azure SQL,Mongo DB .
Candidate should be willing to work in both support (weekdays and weekend support during PST hours) and development ecosystem involving production support shifts.
Key Responsibilities
• Incident management - troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis and execute resolution steps
• Build a comprehensive KEDB for recurring and unique incidents and guide offshore team to build competency on incident management
• Work on PLM Configurations, minor enhancements development stories.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Work in an Agile environment and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
