SAP S/4HANA DTC Omnichannel Solution Lead – Fashion
Required skills:
• Strong experience in DTC and omnichannel solution architecture.
• Mandatory Fashion/Apparel industry experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Fashion and fashion retail business processes.
• Experience with OMSA and OSTA capabilities in the relevant SAP/omnichannel solution landscape.
• Expertise in retail and DTC architecture, including e-commerce integration.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end order lifecycle management.
• Experience with order sourcing, inventory availability, order promising, and fulfillment orchestration.
• Understanding of omnichannel fulfillment models and distribution processes.
• Experience with returns processing and reverse logistics.
• Knowledge of integrations between SAP S/4HANA Fashion, e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and inventory systems
• Experience in solution design, functional specifications, integration architecture, and cross-system process mapping.
• Strong understanding of product, customer, inventory, pricing, and order data flows.
• Experience with system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and production support.
