Performance & Load Testing Execution

Design and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing using NeoLoad across UBOS components, including:
SAP BRIM (Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, FI-CA, Subscription Billing).
SAP Convergent Mediation (CM) for high-volume tolling and event mediation processing.
SAP S/4HANA and supporting SAP modules.
SAP Datasphere for analytics, reporting, and data integration performance validation.
CRM applications (Dynamics CE customer service and case management workflows).
Middleware and integration layers (APIs, batch interfaces, event-driven integrations).
Customer-facing channels (web portals, mobile applications, IVR, chatbot).
Execute end-to-end performance testing of integrations between CRM and SAP systems, including:
CRM SAP (billing requests, account updates, case-driven transactions)
SAP CRM (financial updates, invoice status, customer data synchronization)
Validation of synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns, APIs, message queues, and batch interfaces

Minimum Experience/Skillset

8+ years of overall IT testing experience.
4+ years of hands-on performance/load testing experience.
Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad (required).
Experience testing enterprise-scale applications with high transaction volumes.
Experience testing SAP systems, CRM platforms, analytics platforms and complex enterprise integrations.
Strong understanding of:
Load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing
API and middleware performance testing
Batch, mediation, analytics, and asynchronous processing validation

Certifications / Education

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
