Job Description
Experience working with semiconductor manufacturing clients or a strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing operations.
We are looking for an experienced Oracle SCM Manufacturing Consultant with 14+ years of experience in Oracle manufacturing solutions, including Oracle Shop Floor Management (OSFM), Oracle SCM Manufacturing Cloud, and semiconductor manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate should have strong functional and implementation experience in manufacturing operations, production execution, shop floor processes, and supply chain integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional design, implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle SCM Manufacturing Cloud solutions.
- Provide expertise in Oracle Shop Floor Management (OSFM), including shop floor execution, production tracking, work orders, and manufacturing operations.
- Understand semiconductor manufacturing processes, including production execution, material tracking, inventory control, and manufacturing traceability.
- Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and prepare functional design documents.
- Configure and support manufacturing workflows, production operations, work definitions, work orders, and related manufacturing processes.
- Integrate manufacturing solutions with Oracle Inventory Management, Cost Management, Procurement, and other SCM modules.
- Troubleshoot production and supply chain issues and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional implementation teams.
- Support testing, data migration, user training, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
Required Qualifications
- 14+ years of overall experience in Oracle applications, with strong expertise in SCM Manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle SCM Manufacturing Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Shop Floor Management (OSFM) and manufacturing execution processes.
- Experience working with semiconductor manufacturing clients or a strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing operations.
- Knowledge of Oracle Inventory, Work in Process (WIP), Bills of Material (BOM), Routings, Work Orders, and manufacturing integrations.
- Experience in implementation, configuration, functional design, and production support.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing environments.
- Exposure to complex manufacturing operations, production traceability, and material control.
- Oracle Cloud implementation or migration experience from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
