Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Cloud Security Operations Engineer to strengthen cloud security governance, monitoring, and compliance across multi-cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cloud security policies, standards, and guardrails.
- Monitor firewall policies, network activity, cloud security controls, and policy deviations.
- Build security dashboards, metrics, and reporting mechanisms.
- Develop remediation best practices, runbooks, and security awareness campaigns.
- Automate detection and mitigation of non-compliant cloud activities.
- Prepare weekly/monthly security reports, business reviews, and situational awareness reports.
- Collaborate with cloud architects, security teams, service owners, and senior stakeholders.
- Drive security incident escalations, remediation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop security roadmaps and operational processes to scale cloud security.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Cloud Security Engineering or Security Operations.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud (Google Cloud Platform), and Oracle Cloud.
- Experience with cloud security governance, policies, compliance, and risk management.
- Knowledge of security monitoring, threat detection, automation, and remediation.
- Experience building dashboards, metrics, executive reports, and security documentation.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
