Job Description
- Design and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing using NeoLoad across UBOS components, including:
- SAP BRIM (Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, FI-CA, Subscription Billing).
- SAP Convergent Mediation (CM) for high-volume tolling and event mediation processing.
- SAP S/4HANA and supporting SAP modules.
- SAP Datasphere for analytics, reporting, and data integration performance validation.
- CRM applications (Dynamics CE customer service and case management workflows).
- Middleware and integration layers (APIs, batch interfaces, event-driven integrations).
- Customer-facing channels (web portals, mobile applications, IVR, chatbot).
- Execute end-to-end performance testing of integrations between CRM and SAP systems, including:
- CRM SAP (billing requests, account updates, case-driven transactions)
- SAP CRM (financial updates, invoice status, customer data synchronization)
- Validation of synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns, APIs, message queues, and batch interfaces
Minimum Experience/Skillset
- 8+ years of overall IT testing experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on performance/load testing experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad (required).
- Experience testing enterprise-scale applications with high transaction volumes.
- Experience testing SAP systems, CRM platforms, analytics platforms and complex enterprise integrations.
- Strong understanding of:
- Load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing
- API and middleware performance testing
- Batch, mediation, analytics, and asynchronous processing validation
Certifications / Education
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
