Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Configure and manage Payroll Elements, Balances, Fast Formula, Retro Payroll, Costing, Payment Methods, Payroll Flows, Payslips, and Payroll Processing.
- Handle payroll corrections, adjustments, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Conduct client workshops, Fit-Gap analysis, and functional requirement discussions.
- Coordinate with payroll business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore delivery teams.
- Manage the complete implementation lifecycle, including SIT, UAT, Parallel Payroll, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
- Support Oracle Fusion Core HR and Payroll integrations and end-to-end integration testing.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing, earnings and deductions calculations, retroactive processing, costing, and payments.
- 10+ years of Oracle HCM experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll.
- Expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Global Payroll.
- Strong knowledge of payroll elements, balances, Fast Formula, retro payroll, costing, and payroll flows.
- Experience leading payroll implementations and managing client-facing activities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, REST/SOAP integrations, and BI Publisher.
- Experience with Redwood page personalization using Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
- Oracle Fusion HCM/Payroll certification.
- Experience with multi-country payroll implementations.
