Pega System Analyst – Healthcare
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in business systems analysis, business systems analysis.
Experience working with Pega PRPC or Pega Platform applications.
Strong healthcare domain knowledge, preferably in health insurance or healthcare payer organizations.
Knowledge of claims processing, member enrollment, eligibility, benefits, provider data, or prior authorization.
Experience documenting requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process workflows.
Understanding of Pega case management, business rules, decision tables, data objects, and workflow concepts.
Experience collaborating with developers, testers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
