Job Description
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
- 15+ years of overall Project Management experience
- 12+ years of SAP Project Management experience
- 5+ years of Manufacturing or Distribution industry experience
- Strong hands-on project leadership in SAP S/4HANA migration, implementation, and ERP transformation
- Mandatory PMP certification
- Expertise in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
- Strong understanding of SAP systems and ERP business processes
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional team management skills
- Updated LinkedIn profile required
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage multiple projects across a complex ERP ecosystem, focusing on SAP initiatives
- Lead SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation projects
- Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Identify project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives
