Job Description
We are looking for experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Leads with strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and functional expertise in one or more of the following modules:
1. Payroll
2. Benefits
3. Core HR / Compensation
4. Absence Management (ABM) / Oracle Time and Labor (OTL)
Mandatory Skills & Requirements:
· Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
· Functional expertise in at least one of the above modules.
· Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
· Ability to lead functional activities and work closely with stakeholders.
· Must be open to travel as required by the project.
