Job Description
Java System Integration Engineer – IES/HHS
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Level II- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a System Integration Engineer.
- More than seven years’ experience in software development of enterprise-level applications using JEE, JMS, WebServices and ORM such as JPA/Hibernate, with a minimum of two years supporting an Integrated Eligibility System (IES) program within a Health and Human Services environment.
- More than five years' experience in developing applications using Spring API and frameworks including but not limited to Spring MVC, Spring Batch, Spring Boot and Spring REST.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Seven or more years of experience implementing automated unit testing frameworks and developing applications using complex SQL queries against Oracle or MS SQL Server databases.
- Five or more years of experience developing Microservices-based applications and using CI/CD, source control, and build tools (i.e., Git, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory/Nexus).
- Three or more years of experience developing web applications using JSON/Angular.JS and MongoDB, with working knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud), enterprise security (Okta, SSO, Active Directory), distributed technologies (Kafka, MuleSoft, Redis) and container platforms such as Red Hat OpenShift.
