• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java/J2EE.
• Strong experience with Java 8+.
• Extensive experience with Spring / Spring Boot.
• Strong experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with application architecture and technical design.
• Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively with onsite development and business teams.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular or React is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise integration and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of cloud-native application development.
• Experience leading large-scale application modernization or migration projects.
