Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The candidate will gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support successful delivery of technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), and process flows.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases.
- Analyze current and future business processes and recommend improvements.
- Work with Product Owners, developers, QA teams, and project managers.
- Perform data analysis and validate requirements using SQL.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect resolution.
- Maintain requirements traceability and project documentation.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
- Strong requirement elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- CBAP or CCBA certification.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, APIs, or system integrations.
- Domain experience in healthcare, banking, insurance, or retail.
