Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP Program Manager with strong expertise in SAP program delivery, transformation, and application management services (AMS). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale SAP implementations, support engagements, global teams, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities & Required Skills:
- 15+ years of SAP/Enterprise IT experience with strong program and delivery management expertise.
- Proven experience leading both SAP AMS/Support and SAP Transformation programs.
- Strong hands-on understanding of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA implementation/transformation.
- Good understanding of SAP functional, technical, and integration landscapes.
- Experience with SAP Activate, Agile, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of service governance, SLA/KPI management, and continuous improvement.
- Experience managing large global teams, budgets, resources, and delivery commercials.
- Excellent customer engagement, executive stakeholder management, and escalation-handling skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
