Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle HCM configuration, governance, and business process alignment.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
- Expertise in Core HR / Global HR
- Strong experience with Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Talent Management
- Experience in Oracle HCM configuration and platform management
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM security, governance, and ITcompliance
- Experience managing configuration migrations across DEV, TEST, and PROD
- Strong understanding of HRIS, Talent Management, and HR Operations
- Excellent stakeholder communication and business requirements analysis
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM configurations across Core HR, Time & Labor, and Talent Management.
- Evaluate business requirements and configuration changes.
- Maintain configuration governance, audit compliance, and release management.
- Collaborate with HR and technology stakeholders to support business objectives.
- Support Oracle HCM platform enhancements and product roadmap initiatives.
