Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Depot Repair and Service Logistics. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Oracle functional modules, service operations, end-to-end implementations, and integrations with Oracle applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Oracle Depot Repair and Service Logistics functionalities.
- Manage Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), warranty processing, spare parts, and returns management.
- Handle service requests, work orders, parts reservation, and fulfillment processes.
- Configure and support pricing and billing for service orders.
- Integrate Depot Repair and Service Logistics with Oracle Order Management, Inventory, Costing, Service Contracts, Installed Base, and Field Service.
- Participate in full lifecycle Oracle implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective Oracle functional solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of Oracle Functional experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Depot Repair and Service Logistics.
- Strong knowledge of Depot Repair, RMA, Warranty, Spare Parts, and Returns Management.
- Experience with Service Requests, Work Orders, Parts Reservation, and Fulfillment.
- Expertise in Pricing and Billing for Service Orders.
- Experience integrating with Oracle Order Management, Inventory, Costing, Service Contracts, Installed Base, and Field Service.
- Proven experience in full lifecycle implementations, SIT, UAT, and go-live support.
