Job Description
Title – Power Apps Developer - W2 Payroll
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Department: IT/Software Development
Job Type: 6 Mon Contract to Hire
Key Responsibilities:
* Development: Build custom applications using PowerApps; integrate with Power Automate and SharePoint.
* Process Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts to understand and improve business processes.
* Testing: Create and execute test plans; troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
* Deployment: Deploy and maintain applications across environments.
* Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation and user guides.
* Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 2-3 years in PowerApps development.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in PowerApps, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, SharePoint; knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS; familiarity with Azure.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft PowerApps certification.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
