Job Overview:
· As a Technical Lead specializing in Siebel implementations, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, support, and implementation of complex Siebel implementations. We have global Clients in the airline and hospitality industry, and you will lead solutions within Loyalty and membership points. You are expected to architect technical solutions and manage the technical components of large projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Lead the technical design and architecture of Siebel CRM solutions, with a specific focus on loyalty management modules.
· Hands-on involvement in implementations, ensuring alignment with best practices and quality standards.
· Understand loyalty requirements and translate into Siebel architecture. Architect extensions and customizations.
· Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Provide expertise in Siebel configuration, customization, Data Migration, and integration to meet client needs.
· Understand, identify, and evaluate various data sources, meet with data providers to negotiate, and contract data transmissions for data from other business systems in order to integrate into Siebel.
· Lead and mentor a large, internationally located team of developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
· Lead implementations from start to finish within project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
· Provide ongoing support and application management for Siebel CRM solutions post-implementation.
· Perform troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance optimization for deployed applications.
· Stay current with industry trends and best practices in CRM and loyalty management to continuously improve our offerings.
Required Skills & Experience:
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical Lead roles, with at least 2 new Siebel Implementation project experience.
· Extensive experience in loyalty management systems within the context of CRM solutions.
· Proven track record of hands-on experience with Siebel implementations, including leading implementations from conception to delivery.
· Strong technical skills in Siebel configuration, Siebel OpenUI and other modern UI Frameworks, scripting, workflow design, integration (EAI,EIM),XSLT.
· Knowledge of Siebel Administration (Siebel on OCI , Azure, AWS).
· Proficiency in integration technologies such as EAI, EIM, VBC, EBC and web services.
· Experience in Siebel Loyalty Module (Loyalty Rule engines, Promotion rules, Loyalty Programs, etc).
· Experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server.
· Experience with Siebel upgrades, patching, and migration on activities, including impact analysis and regression testing.
· Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and 2 configuration management.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and team members at all levels.
· Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
· Must be able to diagnose the issues and troubleshoot the logic.
· Ability to build data integration between systems.
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science or related field required
