Responsible for the technical and functional solution design and implementation of cloud based application platforms to manage data, content and communications
Collaborate with fellow team members to support digital experiences for customers and associates
Work with business users and providing expertise to gather, analyze and develop solutions to satisfy business objectives
Collaborate with functional and technical leads to produce solution design documents and process flow charts
Define and meet Service Level Agreement (SLAs) timelines
Possess a wide range of technical skills across multiple disciplines including application and systems analysis, and work through all layers of the technology stack from database to the presentation layer
Produce and maintain security policies and setups for user profiles, audiences and groups Provide operational support, trouble-shooting and management of the application platforms
Construct and maintain design standards for applications
Provide input for creation of UI designs for use within application platforms
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for application platforms managed
Responsible for the configuration, upgrade, and support of key enterprise applications
Drive efficiency with automated workflows and ready-to-deploy industry solutions powered by data and intelligence for Automated Business Processes
Perform various work as the technical lead on projects
Lead user training and develop training materials
Coordinate vendor support calls when required
Work closely with Customer Service associates, to understand their needs and support business changes while delivering consistently high-quality user experience
Document and manage knowledge-sharing platforms
Support diverse projects and perform additional duties as assigned
Create, document and present technical presentations
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
Experience in cloud-based system administration or similar work
Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web services (SOAP, REST)
Knowledge of UI and UX design methodologies, wireframes and prototypes
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Desired skills:
Salesforce Admin, Advanced Admin, Service Cloud certified
Experience in cloud-based products and system administration for Salesforce Service Cloud, MS SharePoint Online or other content management systems
SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Master Pages and Page Layouts experience
