Note: For this position, the Contractor personnel may perform their duties remotely or at the Judicial Council facility at 455 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, California 94102.
Job Description:
- The Judicial Council of California s (Judicial Council) Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) System currently supports its Real Estate Portfolio, Facility Maintenance, Lease Contract, and Capital Project Management operations using TRIRIGA s application suite. Reports are generated using BIRT.
- The CAFM IT and Facilities teams are implementing new business functionalities, which will require extensive configuration to align the CAFM system with these updated requirements.
- The IT Developer Lead will collaborate with Managed Services, the implementation team, and the SaaS provider to support these activities and ensure ongoing maintenance and support.
- This IT Developer Lead position will report to the Information Technology (IT) department while being part of a matrix-managed team under the Facilities Services (FS) direction, which manages the funding for the CAFM Program.
- The IT Developer will enhance, develop, and optimize TRIRIGA workflows, forms, business objects, queries, and other components for the CAFM system. Additionally, the developer will use BIRT for report development.
- The IT Developer Lead will also work as a team member to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to TRIRIGA configurations, workflows, or other components. Another key responsibility will include addressing enhancement requests using TRIRIGA systems.
- This involves utilizing the Data Modeler, Workflow Builder, Query Manager, Security Manager, Form Builder, and other tools.
Minimum Job-Specific Skills:
- Experience (5+ years) with TRIRIGA configuration/development and CAFM/IWMS Development.
- Will consider candidates with similar configuration/development experience (5+ years) with CAFM/IWMS/ERP systems.
- Recent experience working with Facility Management, Lease Contract Administration, or Real Estate Administration modules and IBM FileNet Content Manager.
- The Contractor s Key Personnel for the IT Application Developer Lead Analyst must also have specialized, demonstrated, functional and technical experience in all or portions of the following areas:
- Sufficient knowledge of CAFM design to provide in-depth subject matter expertise for conversion activities to IWMS/CAFM 2.0 (IBM TRIRIGA latest version).
- Configuring workflows based upon multiple input fields and user-provided data.
- Configuring system Forms with optional fields, locator queries, and support for multiple forms based on workflow and security.
- Configuring state family options.
- Configuring system security via security manager.
- Performance tuning workflows to run faster.
- Creating custom BIRT and TRIRIGA reports/queries.
- Reading TRIRIGA system logs, workflow error logs, and TRIRIGA web logs.
- Migrating and upgrading TRIRIGA or a similar system.
Implementing modules such as:
- Workplace Management
- Facilities Assessment and Management
- Finance and Account Receivables
- TRIRIGA Real Estate Environmental Sustainability (TREES)
- Lease Administration, Project Management, Space Management
- Facilities Assessment
- Experience working in a multi-stage environment.
Additional Skills/Qualifications Desired:
- Experience working in a real estate, development and/or facility management firm or organization.
- Experience in documentation and analysis of business processes.
- Experience developing and supporting Invoice Reports including Time and Materials.
- Experience working with Lease Contracts including Payment Schedule data.
- Experience working with a hosting vendor.
- Experience writing SQL.
- Experience tuning WebSphere and setting up multiple instances.
- Knowledge of Data Warehouses.
- Ability to pay attention to details with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
