5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, with a focus on ServiceNow.

Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user story development.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

Experience managing CMDB processes, workflows, and other integrations within the ServiceNow platform.

Excellent communication, prioritization, and leadership skills, with the ability to drive team alignment.

Familiarity with ITSM, HR, and Finance processes and how they align with ServiceNow.

ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are strongly preferred.
