Job Description
5+ years of overall SDLC experience.
3+ years of Software Release Management experience with hands-on competencies in using version control (Azure DevOps Repo preferred), reviewing and following deployment instructions provided by the Development team, implementing and executing build scripts (Azure DevOps Pipeline), packaging and versioning the various components of deployment packages, and deployment to non-Development environments.
Proven Salesforce Release Manager with ownership of all aspects related to ensuring a ‘healthy’ Salesforce.com platform.
Minimum 5+ years’ experience on the Salesforce platform inclusive of release management, Salesforce Administrator, and implementing Salesforce.com technology-based solutions.
Experience working on global Salesforce.com platform and the implications related to Release Management.
Experience with Salesforce.com source-based driven deployments and CI/CD processes using the Salesforce deployment tool Gearset.
Experience managing the release processes for business on-boarding projects and data migrations.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com configurations, roles, profiles, and other permission controls.
Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with team members.
Productive with moderate supervision.
Dynamic and flexible in their approach to work.
Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats.
Good knowledge and experience with AppExchange products and understanding of how to install/de-install.
Demonstrated success communicating across a variety of audiences, including Business Leadership and Staff, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, Quality Assurance Staff, Systems Administrators, Database Administrators, and IT Operations Staff.
Experience using Mulesoft, a plus.
Experience using ServiceNow, a plus.
