Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to drive the management and enhancement of SAP S/4 HANA systems and related projects. This role is critical for ensuring the successful coordination of live system operations, cross-functional process enhancements, vendor relationships, and stakeholder management.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing SAP S/4 HANA systems in a live environment, with expertise in delivering scalable solutions, aligning business needs with technical execution, and supporting the organization s strategic goals in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Experience:
10+ years of experience in SAP Project Management, with at least 3 years managing SAP S/4 HANA systems in a live environment.
Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a strong plus.
Proven track record of delivering SAP upgrades, enhancements, and seamless rollouts in live production systems.
Collaborate with functional teams across modules like SD, MM, FICO, and PP to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency.
Skills Required:
Strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA architecture.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (SAP functional consultants, technical teams, business units, etc.) to ensure seamless project delivery.
Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary to meet changing requirements.
Ability to manage projects in hybrid environments (e.g., Agile-SAP Activate).
Exceptional skills in vendor and stakeholder management, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem solving.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, SAP Solution Manager, or MS Project.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring project continuity and success.
Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to negotiate contracts, define deliverables, and monitor performance.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
