Job Description
Job Title:* Senior ServiceNow Developer
*Client:* Social Security Administration / Prime Vendor
*Location:* Baltimore, MD (Onsite 2 days/week)
*Duration:* Long-term Contract (2+ years remaining)
*Clearance:* Must obtain Public Trust (3-4 weeks processing)
*Certifications (ALL mandatory):* =*Note:* Only candidates with all three certifications will be considered.
- SAM (Software Asset Management)
- CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
- ITOM (IT Operations Management)
Visa Validity should be minimum 2 + yrs (MUST )
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Configure, enhance, and maintain ServiceNow platform implementations across ITSM, ITOM, and IT Asset Management.
- Develop and optimize full-stack solutions using modern UI frameworks like Angular or React.
- Create automated solutions and integrations using REST APIs and DevOps tools.
- Provide technical leadership in design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow products, including SAM, CMDB, and ITOM.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and clients in an Agile (SAFE/Scrum) environment.
- Execute ServiceNow roadmaps, develop technical implementation plans, and optimize platform performance.
- Participate in technical discussions, review code, and lead junior/mid-level developers.
- Develop automated testing using tools like ServiceNow ATF and maintain adherence to best practices.
