• If they are currently in Wisconsin and have a working history in the state, need 10+ years in the following:
◦ .NET Application Architect Roles
◦ .NET Modernization/Re-write Project(s)
◦ .NET CORE, ASP.NET CORE v6-8 (2+yrs)
◦ Azure SQL (2+yrs)
◦ GitHub (version control, Actions CI/CD) (2+yrs)
◦ Material Design Libraries
◦ Component frameworks
• If they would need to relocate to Wisconsin, I would want to see the above items PLUS:
◦ 13+ years (vs 10+ above)
◦ .NET Modernization/Re-write Project(s) (5+ years)
◦ Blazor
◦ MudBlazor
◦ Agile
◦ Oracle DBMS
◦ Control-M Batch Jobs
◦ LINQ or Entity Framework (EF)
◦ Government Experience in DWD (in WI or other states)
