Job Description
Oracle HCM Cloud functional consultant will provide subject matter expertise and lead clients through the entire cloud application implementation & support lifecycle.
Manage Core HR, Talent Management, Recruitment, Benefits, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Payroll Modules.
Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Cloud HCM functionality.
Conduct Functional Design Workshops for Oracle HCM Cloud projects.
Identify functionality gaps in Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion and build extensions for them.
Document all the business processes in each module.
Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups.
Create business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions for Oracle HCM Cloud application.
Develop Security and Validation Strategies & Plans for Oracle HCM Cloud projects.
Present new features as part of Quarterly Update process.
Support clients with the preparation and execution of test scripts.
Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis.
Qualifications
Minimum 15 years of experience in a Functional role for HCM applications.
Oracle Cloud HCM experience in three or more modules listed above.
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration.
Experience in at least three or more Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation & Support projects.
Prior experience leading HCM implementations/support.
Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production Support.
Must be willing to travel 25%.
