The Customer Project Coordinator is responsible for leading, coordinating, and managing pre-Sales (RFQ) and post-sales customer projects supporting newly launched offers from T&E LoB, ensuring that customer expectations are met and are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves acting as a liaison between T&E Line of Business, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Deep knowledge and experience with all Secure Power functions, processes, and tools are a plus.
Pre-Sales
- Gather and document opportunity scope requirements and risks - early in the project, prior to bidding, in collaboration with all value chain players (sales team, partner, and / or customer).
- Lead Large RFQ process (T&E offer scope)
- Manage supply chain, demand planning, sales forecast interdependencies.
- Oversee custom product process execution.
- Curate documentation reflecting project requirements, timeline, and progress to completion.
Post-Sales

Once PO is in house, the expectation is that this person would be primary SE contact for the customer roll out project

Develop and execute the most appropriate stocking strategy based on customer need.

Work with factory supply planners to adjust inventory for rollout schedules, if needed.

Service execution

Oversee scheduling of FSR dispatches if and where needed, based on geographical need

Ensure service commitments – FSR availability, work completion, quality of work, etc – are met and exceeded.
