Job Title: Technical Support Analyst

We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to provide essential support for the administration of DB2, CICS, Endevor, and X/PTR systems. This role is perfect for candidates with 5+ years of experience in Z/OS operating system and expertise in SQL, database management, and system troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and support Z/OS operating system to ensure smooth functionality
Provide configuration and release management support for Endevor software
Troubleshoot and optimize SQL queries for performance and cost savings
Utilize tools and utilities to support DB2 databases
Perform CICS administration, debugging, and problem resolution
Collaborate with application developers and IT teams to enhance system performance
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with Z/OS operating system
7+ years of experience with Endevor software (configuration & release management)
7+ years of experience in SQL programming and query optimization
5+ years of experience in DB2 administration & troubleshooting
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
