We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the oil and gas (O&G) retail and marketing sector, with a strong background in both functional and technical leadership. This role will involve identifying and addressing the integration needs with Microsoft technologies to enhance our Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to the O&G retail and marketing sector.
- Provide functional and technical leadership to the Salesforce team, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Identify integration needs with Microsoft technologies and develop strategies to address them.
- Oversee the development and deployment of custom Salesforce applications and enhancements.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce platform.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends to continuously improve our Salesforce environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, preferably in the O&G retail and marketing sector.
- Strong functional and technical leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with Microsoft integration, including Azure, Dynamics 365, and other related technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) are highly desirable.
