Position Overview
The Executive Office of Education is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator Developer to support critical enterprise Salesforce initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce administration and development experience, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions. The candidate should be comfortable working with stakeholders, evaluating vendor solutions, managing integrations, and improving overall application architecture.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary Salesforce System Administrator
• Manage users, permissions, reports, dashboards, workflows, and routine administration
• Troubleshoot end-user issues and enhancement requests
• Evaluate and coordinate new Salesforce development requests
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and connected applications
• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Facilitate backlog grooming and prioritization sessions
• Act as a liaison between business users and development teams
• Evaluate vendor-delivered Salesforce solutions and recommend improvements
• Perform regular system audits and support Salesforce upgrades
• Develop scalable, maintainable, and intuitive Salesforce solutions
