Job Description:
Client Marketing organization is seeking an experienced Product Owner for Client marketing creative software, including Adobe Firefly Services, Jasper and potentially Adobe Creative Cloud, to join the team as a temporary contractor working remote nationwide.
As the Product Owner, you will lead all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace, by developing products to meet specific customer needs and achieve specific cost and success outcomes. Once products are launched, you will monitor efficacy of products and utilize customer and business partner feedback to ensure products are meeting customer needs across each customer segmentation and adjusting products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
Strategic Planning & Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain a vision for the product and is responsible for communicating that vision to teams. Ensure that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals. Act as the primary liaison between the marketing team and technology teams and ensures all stakeholders are aligned with the product’s development and goals.
Product Roadmap Development
• Create and manage a product roadmap based on the vision, which outlines the anticipated steps and milestones. Prioritize, align and coordinate the development efforts with business objectives.
Backlog Management
• Prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring that the team always works on the most impactful tasks.
Market and Consumer Research
• Conduct continuous market and consumer research to stay updated with trends and business needs. Adapt and evolve the product based on real-world feedback and changes in the market.
Performance Analysis
• Monitor and evaluate product performance metrics. Measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Compliance and Risk Management
• Ensure the product complies with all security, legal and regulatory requirements. Mitigate risks and ensure smooth market entry and operation.
Budget Management
• Oversee the product's budget, ensuring resources are used efficiently. Deliver the product effectively within the financial constraints.
Continuous Improvement
• Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance product features and performance. Keep the product competitive and relevant in the market.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years of equivalent IT or healthcare)
• Technical product management experience
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with any or all of the products listed (Adobe Firefly, Jasper, Adobe Creative Cloud)
• Experience working in an Agile IT model
