Job Description
Position Title: Data Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 24 months
Work Schedule: Days and Shift timings
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
Collect, clean, and analyze data to support business decisions and strategies.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop exception reporting to help identify potential errors made by manual administrative responsibilities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
Under the guidance of LDOE, identify opportunities to augment internal tracking, reporting, and forecasting capabilities.
Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
Participate in team meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Two(2) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in:
Data analysis and reporting.
SQL and database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL);
Data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
Excel/Google Sheets advanced formulas.
Proficiency in Python programming language.
Strong understanding of statistical methods and techniques.
Excellent communication skills for presenting findings tnon-technical stakeholders.
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
Familiarity with machine learning concepts and techniques.
Understanding of data warehouse architecture and technologies.
Familiarity with LDOE data systems and models.
