Required Skills: Remediation of CubeViews & Reporting Components Rebuild and configure identified CubeViews within the new OneStream (XStream) application to support the updated Chart of Accounts. Develop and update Quickviews, XFGetcell formulas, dashboards, and other OneStream reporting components. Technical Support and Enhancement Collaborate with FP&A, XStream, and upstream teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within OneStream. Provide end-user training, documentation, and support for the rebuilt OneStream environment. Testing, Validation & Issue Resolution Lead efforts in end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing, and defect management related to OneStream reporting. Validate that the new reports are consistent with legacy outputs or are appropriately enhanced to leverage additional ERP capabilities. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting Communicate status updates and maintain a log of issues and resolutions. Support change management activities and participate in go-live support initiatives. Integration with Broader Reporting Infrastructure Assist in linking OneStream’s transformed data with external reporting tools (Google Sheets, Google Slides, QuickSight, Tableau) for comprehensive FP&A reporting. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. Hands-on experience working with OneStream XF or a similar enterprise performance management (EPM) system. Proficient in building CubeViews, dashboards, and utilizing OneStream functionalities like XFGetcell. Familiarity with financial consolidation, planning, and forecasting processes. Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in a financial services environment and working with ERP systems is highly valued.
