Requirements:
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to oversee IT projects within our Project Management Office (PMO). The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, financial and budgeting skills, and experience with Waterfall methodology and IT development. This role requires excellent stakeholder management and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT development and implementation projects.
Manage IT PMO administrative tasks, including project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, capital reporting, and project status updates.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and end-users.
Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and delivery of project milestones and financials.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including weekly and monthly status reports.
Identify and mitigate project risks while managing scope changes effectively.
Oversee project budgets and financial forecasting.
Drive deliverables to completion and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Facilitate rollout activities and coordinate cross-functional team collaboration.
Maintain compliance with internal control procedures and company policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology, MIS, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 10+ years of IT project management within an IT PMO.
Strong understanding of Waterfall methodology, including Stage Gates and Processes.
Experience with SDLC, IT development, and implementation projects.
Proficiency in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools such as Atlas, Planview, and Clarity.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Google Docs.
