 Job Description
 At least five (5) years of demonstrated operational / process improvement experience.
 Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, technology, or a related field preferred.
 Proficiency with flowcharting tools (e.g., Visio, eDrawMax, etc.)
 Demonstrated ability to lead teams and projects in both structured and ambiguous environments.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
 Familiarity with nonprofit organizations and their operational challenges a plus.
 Ability to work comfortably within a complex, dynamic environment with multiple perspectives and stakeholders.
 PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certifications a plus; digital and technical proficiency including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
