Description: The Oracle Cloud P2P Functional lead provides end-to-end solutions that address clients business requirements using Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, with the ability to work with multicultural teams including onshore/offshore members.
 Key Responsibilities:
  - Provide Procure-to-Pay business process knowledge and hands-on experience with features and functionality provided by Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
  - Must demonstrate a strong understanding of Profit Center Business Unit (PCBU), Requisitioning BU, Business Unit, and Legal Entity Enterprise Structures in Oracle Fusion Cloud
  - Work closely with the clients , across various industries, to analyze business requirements and design end-to-end Procure-to-Pay solutions using Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
  - Perform fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release management of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
  - Facilitate Client Workshops (Conference Room Pilots, Design Reviews etc.) to gather and analyze business requirements, fit-gap analysis, and business process designs
  - Serve as liaison between functional and technical teams to drive solution design specs and resolve functional and technical issues.
  - Be an active member within the Oracle Business Line (OBL) community by leading estimations and solution development for client proposals, leading community development through knowledge sharing sessions and people development by being a people manager
  
 Required skills:
  - Experience leading practices knowledge or expertise in the Procure-to-pay process in a shared service environment.
  - Experience in leading Procure-to-Pay transformations through implementation of programs such as No-PO No-Pay , 2-way & 3-way Invoice matching, Evaluated Receipt settlement / Pay on Receipt etc.
  - Good knowledge of REST APIs provided by Oracle in Oracle Procurement, Supplier Portal, Procurement Self Service, and Payables Fusion applications.
  - Experience with solution architecting, Oracle and non-Oracle integrations, with Procurement and Payables Oracle Fusion Cloud applications using various integration protocols (EDI, XML)
  - Strong Interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and facilitate workshops (Conference Room Pilots, Design Review etc.)
  - Strong consulting experience, business analytical skills, organizational, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
  - Nice to Have Skills: Oracle PAAS and Oracle OIC experience is preferred.
  - Bachelor s Degreein Accounting, Business Administration, Economy or Computer Science
  - 7 to 10 years of experiences as an IT professional
  - Oracle Cloud Certification(s)
  - Willingness to travel (50-75%)
  - Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud. Minimum 3 full lifecycle experience of implementing Oracle Procurement, Procurement Self Service, and Payables Fusion applications
