Job Description

Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and executing projects.

Maintain project documentation, including timelines, risk registers, and meeting notes.

Track project deliverables and milestones, ensuring timely completion.
Communication & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure alignment.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, capturing action items and follow-ups.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication of project status updates.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
- Maintain accurate project records, issue logs, and risk management documentation.
- Support financial tracking, including budget updates and resource utilization.
Process Improvement & Compliance:
- Assist in standardizing and improving project management processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal project governance and quality standards.
- Support change management initiatives as needed.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or a related role, preferably in IT or a technology-driven environment.
- Experience in supporting cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Technical & Soft Skills:

Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent).

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and documentation.

Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
