Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cloud Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support for cloud infrastructure, develop and maintain IT infrastructure reports, and design and implement script-based solutions for automation.
Key Skills and Experience
- 1-3 years of technical support experience
- Experience in AWS environment (preferable)
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure reporting
- 4+ years of experience in script-based solutions for infrastructure provisioning and automation
- 3+ years of experience in ITSM ticketing resolution at a tier-2 level
- 3+ years of experience in internal operations documentation
- 2+ years of experience in PaaS deployment within public cloud space
- 1+ year of experience in project management skills
- 1+ year of experience in identity management and role-based access control administration
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (required)
- Master's degree in Information Technology (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for cloud infrastructure
- Develop and maintain IT infrastructure reports
- Design and implement script-based solutions for automation
- Resolve ITSM tickets at a tier-2 level
- Create and maintain internal operations documentation
- Deploy PaaS solutions within public cloud environments
- Manage projects and apply project management methodologies
- Administer identity management and role-based access control
