- Need Local to NY or NJ with NY or NJ Id Only.
- They will be responsible for closing out tickets but not from a technical perspective, looking at what needs to be done and make sure it is routed to the appropriate team.
- They will then follow up to make sure it is done.
- The client would like to see production support experience and Banking is a plus.
- Candidates must have Long Projects/Good Tenure, Excellent communication skills.
- Think of this as a very junior production support analyst.
- Only needs 1-2 years of experience but excellent communication skills.
