Job Description

Qualifications:
  • 84 months of experience in Information Technology supporting complex software systems or applications.
  • 84 months of experience analyzing complex business processes and creating and reviewing test plans.
  • 84 months of experience documenting, communicating, and validating requirements throughout the system, process, or product/service development lifecycle for all changes to processes that would enable the organization to achieve its goals.
  • 84 months of experience providing written communications to business owners, IT program team members, and management.
  • 84 months of experience working with Health Insurance or the Affordable Care Act or Medicaid which includes Eligibility and Enrollment (not Health Care).
  • 84 months of experience with ETL tools, batch jobs, Rational Quality Manager, Report Development using IBM Cognos or HIPAA compliant X12 format for EDI transactions
  • 60 months of experience in reviewing and evaluating technical specifications for compliance with business objectives and requirements.
  • 48 months of experience developing well-constructed test scenarios and test cases against documented design use cases; performing testing, reviewing results, and documenting defects using a defect management tool.
