Brightspeed is seeking ServiceNow implementation specialists with the following skills: 

• Develop, configure, and manage ServiceNow applications using scripting and low code/no code implementations. 

• Implementing ITIL and ITSM specifics using the ServiceNow platform. 

• Hands on experience with web-based programming languages such as Angular, JSON, HTML, CSS and JavaScript for custom applications. 

• Practical experience creating and configuring ServiceNow Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Workflows. 

• Hands on experience working with the Service Portal, Flow Designer, Glide System/Glide Forms, Client scripts etc. 

• Practical knowledge on implementing an Active Directory using a LDAP server. 

• Basic hands-on overview on different integrations such as MID servers, CMDB, ITOM and ITAM applications etc. 

• Practical implementation of implementing the flow designer and implementing security mechanisms through ACLs.  

• Hands on experience in reviewing, monitoring and troubleshooting workflows using the Workflow editor.
