Job Title: Treasury - System Analyst 3

Summary
We are seeking an experienced System Analyst to provide technical support and lead various IT projects for the Treasury department.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop applications and create requirements, test plans, and documentation
2. Provide technical support to team members and evaluate new development tools
3. Lead meetings and working sessions with technical and non-technical individuals
4. Develop and monitor defect tracking logs and facilitate problem resolution
5. Ensure proper change management for all requested changes to production systems

Required Skills
1. Strong communication and presentation skills
2. Ability to lead meetings and working sessions
3. Experience with project management methodologies (SUITE, SEM)
4. Knowledge of data capture software
5. Proficient in writing and modifying system documentation

Education
Bachelor's degree required

Experience
System Analyst experience required
