Job Description

• 10+ years of experience working with Oracle Install Base and Oracle Service Agreements (Oracle EBS).
• In-depth understanding of Oracle Service Contracts, Install Base, and Contract Management processes.
• Experience with data management, reporting, and analytics within Oracle systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to service agreements, contract renewals, and data discrepancies.
• Strong knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Work closely with IT and business teams to continuously improve Install Base and Service Agreements processes, ensuring they are streamlined and efficient.
