Job Title: Software Solutions Architect
Remote or On-site: Candidates MUST be local or relocate from day of acceptance at their own expense with no delays. Will need to be onsite starting day 1 for hybrid work schedule. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION.
LOCATION: LANSING, MICHIGAN( HYBRID)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Software System Administrator to support the design and implementation of a methodology for tracking message transmission and providing related services for the MDHHS Health Services ESB.
Responsibilities:
- Develop solutions for new use cases
- Design and review system architecture
- Coach and mentor developers
- Code applications, interfaces, and reports
- Create technical documentation
- Perform knowledge transfer to state staff
Required Technical Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare IT
- HL7 version 2.x messaging
- HL7 FHIR
- CDA standards
- Healthcare vocabularies (LONIC, SNOMED, RxNorm)
- Health Information Exchange (HIE) technology
- Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE)
- Java script programming
- SQL and XML
Desired Rhapsody Skills:
- Experience with Orion Health Rhapsody Integration Engine (7.x)
- Custom message payload translation
- Experience with web services (SOAP, REST, OAUTH)
- Experience with transport encryption/security (TLS, mutual authorization via certificates)
