Position Title: Sr. Business Analyst
Location: Remote, East Coast Based
Duration: 9 months contract, will probably extend into 2026 for 3-6 months or more
Extensive experience in the Business Analysis realm is a must (not project management or Program Management/Dev)
Great communication skills and ability to solicit requirements as well as understand business needs vs wants.
Ability to create detailed process flows for current vs future state
Experience with customer-facing documentation as well as internal support documentation
EST time zone is a must as we have experienced issues with PT and CT in the past. This resource will be working with our Lead (EST) and others who are in Europe.
People skills are also a must – high EQ, ability to create and foster relationships at work.
Searching for a Sr. Business Analyst to join our expanding Portals Product Management team responsible for managing all our Customer Portals.
What you’ll do
- Business requirements management - liaising between the Business, Technology, vendors, business stakeholders, and other subject matter experts to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate and manage system requirements.
- Candidate must have 7+ years of prior Business Analysis experience.
- Assessing current capabilities, understanding high-level business requirements, and applying technical background/understanding in the development of system requirements and functional documents.
- Supporting the Portal Product Team with testing, change management, operational readiness, user documentation, training, customer demos as needed.
- Business Systems Analysis is a professional field that necessitates a strong understanding of requirements management, business-related systems, operational processes, relevant technology, enterprise technology delivery practices and standards, and project management. Additionally, it requires a thorough understanding of the supported businesses and enterprise methodologies.
What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business management, IT or related field

Previous experience in Data Center industry is preferred but not required

Minimum 7+ years of business analysis experience

Working knowledge of customer portals/customer-facing web applications.

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems

Experience with ServiceNow

Expertise with Microsoft Office tools such as Visio, PPT, Word, etc.

Ability to work independently with little supervision

Strong team player able to develop strategies and action plans and share results

Ability to foster strong partner and customer relationships

Strong presentation and facilitation skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills
