Job Description
Looking for a strong React Engineer. This person will be mainly focused on auditing and validating react code from an offshore team. They will be on a validation team. Communication is going to crucial here. We need someone who is assertive and not passive. They will be working with an offshore team and auditing code and instructing changes to be made.
Development Methodology:
- Somewhat Kanban
- Follow the sprints that the offshore is working against
- Working against the backlog
High-Level Individual Duties:
- Conduct technical audits and validation of code against specifications
- E.g. Review readme/documentation against code
- Collaborate closely with a small team of engineers and offshore developers
- Submitting Jira tickets back to offshore team – whether it be fix or overhaul
- Ensure the quality and integrity of the codebase, focusing on distributed systems.
- Maintain effective face-to-face communication and overlapping work hours for better collaboration.
