We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer with hands-on experience in configuring and managing Cisco switches, wireless networks, and Quality of Service (QoS) policies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining network performance, optimizing traffic flow, and ensuring secure and reliable connectivity across the organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining network performance, optimizing traffic flow, and ensuring secure and reliable connectivity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco switches and wireless access points.
- Design and implement QoS policies to prioritize critical network traffic.
- Monitor network performance and perform capacity planning.
- Ensure network security, availability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams for infrastructure improvements and incident resolution.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Cisco switching and wireless technologies.
- In-depth understanding of QoS concepts and implementation.
- Familiarity with network protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, VLAN, STP).
- Ability to analyze network traffic and troubleshoot issues.
Preferred Certifications: CCNA, CCNP (Wireless or Switching)
