We are seeking a Senior Technical Manager with strong full stack development expertise and proven experience in the automotive telematics domain. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, driving end-to-end technical strategy, and delivering scalable, connected vehicle solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full stack solutions for connected car and telematics platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and cloud architects to deliver high-quality software.
- Provide technical leadership in frontend (React/Angular), backend (Java/Node.js), and cloud (AWS/Azure) technologies.
- Manage architecture decisions, code reviews, and ensure best practices across development teams.
- Work closely with automotive partners to align solutions with telematics standards and data protocols (CAN, OBD-II, MQTT, etc.).
Requirements:
- 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership or managerial role.
- Strong expertise in full stack technologies (Java, Node.js, React/Angular, REST APIs, microservices).
- Hands-on experience in automotive telematics, connected vehicle platforms, or mobility services.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, IoT protocols, and large-scale distributed systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
