Job Description
Title: Principal SAP HCM Solution Analyst
Duration: 6-12 Months Contract to hire
Location: Dallas, TX or Miramar, FL (Need local candidate as it’s a Hybrid role)
Primary Focus: Functional SAP HCM expert with emphasis on Payroll, Benefits, S/4 HANA, and SuccessFactors integrations.

Role Overview
Join a large, active SAP S/4 HANA implementation project
Act as functional SME for Payroll and Benefits
Perform hands-on ECC configuration
Collaborate with internal team (approx. 100 resources total, 15–16 internal FTEs)
Provide oversight to ensure team standards are followed
Contribute ideas and external perspective
Function as an individual contributor with influence
Expected to be treated like an internal resource
