Job Description
Job Title: Technical Manager, Data and Analytics
Location: Onsite - Irving Texas 75039
Duration: Direct Hire
On-site 5 days a week
Need candidates that are the right kind of personality/culture fit to help elevate the team and lead/mentor.
We need someone who has that management experience but has a VERY strong Data Engineer background with at least 4-5 years of Azure Data Factory. A lot of candidates we have seen/talked to have a lot of experience but expertise in the wrong tools.
We need someone who has major Azure Data Factory experience and can be extremely hands on. Need a resource that has led teams and has the management piece but the other half of it is the technical piece and being able to dive in the weeds and support the team members.
Needs to have managerial/team lead experience. They will be leading/supporting/mentoring the current data team.
Must have excellent communication. Will be Dan's right hand and the liaison between Nobilis and partner data teams.
Has to be extremely technical and hands on. We do not want someone who has just overseen projects. We need someone who can jump right in.
They need to have a diverse range of skillsets to support all projects. Very relevant Azure DF experience required.
Assessment is the first interview, followed by a Teams call, & an on-site technical interview with client manager and the data team.
